Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be very happy with the art that you buy from Annabel Murphy Art. We try with our images to give you as accurate a picture as possible of the colours and textures of each work but if the work is not right for you please email us within 10 days of delivery to arrange a return. If your picture arrives with you and is damaged please take pictures of the packaging and the picture and contact us as soon as possible.

Return Cost

Return postage is at your own cost and please make sure the work is very well wrapped as we can’t give refunds on anything which is damaged.

You have to return your purchase to us within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind. Please send the art work back to us using an appropriate delivery service. If you do this you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time we won't be able to offer you a refund.
